Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

How to Request

Simply email us at contact@miraree.in with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

Important Conditions

  1. Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  2. Customised or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. In case you receive a damaged or defective item, a product opening video is mandatory for verification. No claims will be accepted without the video.

Return Shipping

Once approved, we’ll guide you on the return pickup or provide shipping instructions.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We are committed to ensuring the quality and reliability of the products we offer. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted in cases where the product received is defective or damaged upon delivery.

To initiate a return:

  • The customer must notify us via email at contact@miraree.in within 2 (two) to 3 (three) calendar days from the date of purchase.

  • The notification must include the order number, a detailed description of the defect, and clear photographic evidence of the damaged item.

Failure to report the defect within the stipulated time frame will render the product ineligible for return.

2. Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • We reserve the right to inspect and validate the claim of defect before processing any return.

  • Returns sent without prior written confirmation from our team will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

A refund will be issued only if:

  • The item is confirmed to be defective after inspection

  • A suitable replacement is unavailable or declined by the customer

Upon approval, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products reported after the 3-day return window

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

  • Any product not returned in its original condition
